I just started back uni and I'm trying to dedicate myself to one 5 minute work out a day, and I've been taking more walks when I can instead of taking the bus/tube sometimes. Listening to my body is one tip I'm really trying to take in,, realising how sluggish I feel when all 3 of ny meals either have pasta, bread or rice so I'm trying to shorten that and cut out fried foods. I met Donielle nearly 13 years ago and ever since I’ve know her physical and mental health and an overall healthy lifestyle have been important to her.
