Coach Dee
Hi, I’m Coach Dee, the founder of GEM Nutrition Coaching. My fitness journey started over a decade ago, and like many of you, I’ve faced the challenges of maintaining a balanced diet in today’s fast-paced world. Through years of trial, error, and constant adjustments, I developed a deep passion for nutrition and the transformative role it plays in our lives.
My journey hasn’t always been easy. It was filled with ups and downs that taught me the importance of understanding your body and the food you use to fuel it. These lessons inspired me to create GEM Nutrition Coaching, a platform designed to simplify the process of eating well while helping clients shift their mindset toward a more positive and sustainable approach to health.
With a military background, I’ve learned the value of discipline, resilience, and adaptability—qualities that now form the foundation of my coaching philosophy.
